Hi, I have recently started PEing and doing the recommended workout (2 days on 1 day off) and all the beginner exercises. But I have the following questions.

1.) After doing stretches, I get an erection, what I do is I just sit and then it goes away. Is this is bad? Am I doing something wrong?

2.) Because I am circumcised jelqing is a bit harder for me. One of my questions is when jelqing, you have to squeeze all the veins in your penis, correct? And if so which jelq exercise should I use.

3.) My third and last question. For how long should I continue doing the beginner routine>

1. When you stretch you want to be flaccid, if you get hard AFTER the stretching is completed I don’t think there is anything wrong with that. In fact, I would prefer that because then I would continue with wet jelqs. It’s good to have some wood when you are jelqing, it helps fill up the cock.

2. I am circumsized as well. I’m not sure about squeezing all the veins in the penis? There are videos and many descriptions of wet jelqs. To me it is not so much about squeezing the veins as getting a good hold at the base of the shaft and sliding upwards toward the head. Use a standard OK grip or a reverse OK grip. Also do not forget when one hand gets to the head that the same motion is repeated with the other hand, and continue, very similar to milking.

3. I would continue doing the newbie routine until your gains begin to slow. I am currently in the newbie routine. Most people say stay with it for at least a couple months, you need to condition your cock for more advanced techniques down the road. You also want to grab any quick and easy gains you can get from the newbie routine, and once those gains are exhausted you can step up to more advanced exercises.

I’m also more or less a newbie so someone else might want to chime in but this seems to be what I’ve learned thus far. Keep on jelqin and representin Jersey yo!

Good answers. I would just add.
1. After you get use to the exercise, this problem will go away.
2. Just keep with the ok grip.
3. 3 to 4 months at least. If you continue to gain with this routine, stick with it.
Add on. Make sure you start a log with your measurements. Then about every other week measure yourself, and also you might want to put in your log, short term goals and your long term goal.

Hey guys thank you so much. Before I was somewhat ashamed of my size and was going to blow out $350 for pills until I read that many of them do not work. One question though about stretching. The first stretch I do immediately after I have an erection, but I would still have to do the stretches in different positions (stretching up, down, left and right and the rotor stretch). For this problem am what I am doing correct (waiting until my erection fades).

You have to be flaccid to stretch. Think about turn offs to keep flaccid. Examples are politics, horror movies, chemistry etc. When you remain flaccid you can stretch in all directions.

Relax, this is normal for someone just starting out. Your penis has to learn the difference between jelqing and masturbation (and it will).

Yes, just wait until the erection subsides then start again, keep repeating the process until your penis learns the difference.
