I’m just a new member and want some discussion about exercises and routines
I know a huge amount of content is published already
But for me it is better to talk to another man
I want to know what are the PE ways that are discovered until now
I want something that is efficient and gives clear results in a while
I don’t want big change in two days nor two weeks
But I want to get changes on 2 years maybe
At the beginning
I’m anti-masturbation man, so I want exercise that wouldn’t lead me to masturbate, and of course won’t lead to erectile dysfunction or make sex problems, It should be to get better results from the organ
Also I’m interested in the indirect ways, Perhaps real gym workouts which lead to PE?
