Not new at PE but dedicated recently

This is my first message in this great forum. I’m not a newbie in consideration of my workouts in the last 2-3 years, however the inconsistency still keeps me at the start line. But recently, I have become more disciplined which keeps me jelqing every afternoon at the office rest rooms (just back from a session :o )
I’ve read a lot. I believed in this theory, which is the first and crucial step in success. There have been times I questioned if this really works but in order to know this, I believed I should try and see it myself. Not only with my huge motivation at gym, I also had the motivation of PEing since last month.
Beside saying the first hello, I also wanted to share my routine here, so apart from what I read in threads, maybe someone experienced can enlighten me more in this long journey.
I’m a healthy guy who work out hard 3x a week at gym. I’m 178cm - 85kg with around %15 fat. Shortly, I’m a bulk guy. Ok, more open with you, I’m also on a light testo cure in the last 4 weeks (not sure if this effects PE in a good/bad way). I have NBPL 15cm and the girth is 12.5cm. My desire is not so unreachable I believe. I want a solid NBPEL 17.5cm (7 inch) with a 13.5cm girth. I’m dying to know if this is really possible with a perfect routine, nutrition, etc. :)
My routine is like this way:
Warm for a few mins. By stretching, heli shakes
Then having a full erection and clamping (don’t ask how I hide it in suit pants :)
Keep it for 10-15 mins (I almost lose the erection in the first 1-2 mins)
Then open the clamp and start jelqing with almond oil (not using much, like between dry-wet jelq) for 300 reps, sets with 25 each hand and heli shakes between.
Then at the end, more heli shakes - Finishing.
I do this 4-5 a week in working days.
I know some will say a newbie should not do clamping but as I told you above, I did PE hundreds of times but the inconsistency kept me away from progress.
Clamping before the main jelqing session really loosens my unit and I feel it bigger and meaty during the jelqing, so you know this is also about mental image & believing which is best for you.
I appreciate if you let me know if I should keep this routine or change somethings.
