A month before or so, maybe 2 months, I had very similar problems. When I first started it was a jumpstart. I was horny as hell for a few weeks, seeing wet dreams everyday, etc. But they came to a halt. About 2 months ago.
That was when it became very hard for me to do the workouts. I beleive 2 factors have helped me out of it:
- Other exercises: jogging, body, etc.
- Good diet and supplements.
And of course there’s another challenge: turning back the habits.. You see: I was very used to masturbating, so whenever my hand went down it was as if I was programmed just for masturbation and nothing else. A very bad habid.
But it couldn’t stand too long, and I’m a happy man doing workouts easy these days. I must say I do mast. no more than 2/week. Which certainly helps.

Now: 7.7 BPEL x 5.7 (19,5 x 14,5 cm)
