I Joined on Jan 9 (I think) and I’m obsessed with stretching and jelqing, I’m doing it every chance I get.
I have some small aches and pains but nothing bad. Apart from a blood blister(about 15mm in diameter) the first day which I massaged out.

Also I think I must have sort of grazed the skin at the base of shaft dry jelqing sometimes my “OK grip” pinches the skin.
I shave that area (shaft and balls) and I must have had a “3 day growth” which possibly aggravated that area, it’s a sort of a stinging feeling. To ease that discomfort I got some virgin olive oil and placed that at the based where the irritation occurred and that helped a lot so I could still perform a semi dry jelq, I prefer the dry jelq to the wet style. Since starting PE I can definitely tell there is a change going on, my cock feels spongier in it’s flaccid state. And in the mirror it looks bigger so I ‘m happy with that.

Tell me should I take day off? I know with body building a rest period is very important is it the same with PE?

Take it easy! You can cause some serious long term damage, need to condition your stuff first.

Well, I’m currently doing PE 7 days a week. Nothing heavy though. It’s a little experiment I’ve taken upon myself to perform, and my girlfriend is my Ginny pig, he he.

I know a lot of people will tell you to take at least a couple days off a week, but do whatever works for you. Experiment.

Goal: 8" NBPEL, EG = 6.5"

Well… I barely ever take breaks these days. So I guess that’s up to you. I’d take a day off if I was you though…


2005 - BPEL 6.0"x MSEG 4.5" (BEG 4.75"/HEG 4.625")

I do some sort of routine an average of 6 days a week, but it’s what ever works for you, and not what works for the next guy.

I’m like theskyisthelimit and that I’ve gotten PE down to a art form. I PE most of the day these days and use many techniques (ADS, Hanging, Jelqing, BTB Jelqing, Manual Stretchs, Kegels, Traction Wrapping) honed over a years worth of time of trial & error with all the free time I have while getting stoned every now and then as I PE. Fun stuff but defintly breaks are needed not only for physical recouperation of your dick but also to mentally take a break from thinking about PE. ;)

Yourself about everything involving PE. Yea.. You will F around and have a non functional dick.

Do the newbie thing. If you want to add anything to the newbie routine then add golf swing weights as an ADS (all day stretch). You can wear as many or as few of these as you can or as feels comfortable to you. But DEFINITELY TAKE DAYS OFF. The one thing you don’t want is to stress your ligs and tunica to the point that they respond to heavier trauma. In this case you could actually create scar tissue, nerve damage, or weaken the blood vessels. All of these things could actually SLOW DOWN AND IMPAIR YOUR FUTURE GAINS. After your third or fourth month you’ll naturally start to make up your own mind regarding your dick. However, right now we’re in the business of learing about how our dicks are responding and etc.

Think about it like this. In the first six months of PE we are doing a lot of LISTENING to our dicks.

Months six thru a year and a half we’re COMMUNICATING back and forth.

Then, past that, when all of our newbie gains have been had and our dick is getting really tough, we’re DICTATING TERMS.

kind of just spat that out there, but you get the idea. At this stage in the game, the dick is the boss, but we are coercing him to come under our sway. Push him too hard and he might turn his back on us…..

Welcome aboard, Cocky. In the beginning a rest day helps, the more you get involved, or “OBSESSED” with The Craft, the harder it is to make yourself take a break.

I think you should be taking some rest days, especially if you only started PEing when you joined here! That’s only a couple of weeks ago, don’t overdo it, however tempting it is to do something everyday

I shaved once before and the itching was horrible! so I plucked my shaft. I don’t do anything to the rest of the area though like you have

The first time I plucked my dick it hurt like hell, but I did it over a few days, each day plucking a bit more. You get used to the feeling and it doesn’t really hurt that much. The re-growth I have experienced has been VERY slow and I only need to check and re-pluck any new hairs once a week or so. And the new hairs are a lot thinner and don’t hurt as much as the original hairs. It gives a very smooth nice looking shaft
