Obvious but need help(lots plz)
5 min hot wrap
5 min manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 min of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 min hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each
Schedule: 2 days ON / 1 day OFF
I took this from the newbie routine.
I would prefer doin wet jelqs, Im guessin it means stretch in each direction (up down left right) for 10 30 secs each. right?
As for the actual movement, where are the glans..i couldnt find any pictures & sorry if im a complete dumbass but where are they?
It says pull back foreskin then stretch back out, is it just me or is this impossible even with strong grip?
As for the LOT theory that didnt make any sense to me & I did read it thru a few times. Do I need to consider this before I start?
Also I find it hard maintaining my penis in an upright position for 5 seconds…as long as I tense the muscle will the effect still work?
lots of questions I know & yes I did read through alot but im still unclear.
