After reading a fair amount of info on this site and others. I have to ask this question: Is the penis enlarged (length or girth) partially because of more erections and or more time having erections.? Don’t get me wrong, stretching, pumping, hanging, etc. Has an effect on PE, but could having more minutes (or hours) of erection time help as well.? Inquisitive minds want to know. :P

I think so but to a degree. priapism, a bad kind of prolonged erection can cause permanent scarring. Jelqing, clamping and prolonged edging may mimic a type of high flow priapism where there is reoxygenation but the idea is still micro tears and that there needs to be deconditioning and that growth is cemented during the healing period. I don’t think there should be erection during hanging or during extending. I would even caution during stretching. I think in extended state, the compression plan is to change the elasticity of the penis, if I were to compare it to an empty pvc pipe versus the same pipe filled with water, the fluid pressure can affect the density hence changing the properties of its tensile strength. To hang in flaccid, preferably in heated state would favor more plasticity. Now this is all physical theories and not necessarily biological. Pumping on the other hand is using vacuum expansion, which I also use with heat to manipulate the internal forces and increase the movement of atoms. While I do enter in erect state, I’ve been doing hang to pump to force in just my recently plasticized more expansion than a typical erection. Now would I be able to achieve the same by just edging multiple times a day…maybe, but does edging pay my bills and can I walk around in the office with penis in hand while conducting business affairs…an absolute way for security to usher me out. So from a practical sense, there might be merit to lots of erections but to a degree I don’t think we’re advocating for prolonged unoxygenated state, but some state of balance. I’m not a professor or an engineer. I do think in some degree we’re all scientist experimenting on our dicks which methods or routines work best. In the lab there’s accidents but I hope I don’t break my test tube for over eagerness

I read a short kindle book about PE, and the author said his first gains happened after lots of foreplay with a new girlfriend. I don’t remember how much length he gained, but it was enough for him to notice the unexpected change.
