Ok Or Inverted Ok?
Guys I have a problem with inverted ok grap. I just done my jelqs routine with inverted ok, I felt a bit of pain on my arms muscles, and I think I stretched my biceps during that. I do bodybuilding and this can be a problem. For this reason I’m interested to use a normal ok grip, but I read in some discussion that it could be dangerous. I don’t know what to do.
