OK to clamp on rest days

OK to clamp on rest days

Just wondering.I’m four months in and liking the clampin.

The point of rest days is to rest.

That said there are a number of people who do length exercises on their rest days.

The general concensus is against doing girth exercises like clamping on rest days.

Some people take no rest days. If you clamp, that puts you in the no rest days category.

Agree with mem, clamping would make it a non-rest day. Clamping is an excercise by itself. And a damn good one, too.

Come on! Did you see his routine? It was totally out of control.

You could do it but it depends how quickly you recover. If you recover after a night of sleep (like me) then continue otherwise take your rest.

Doc has really been on my ass about CableClamps lately, and also Mrz. G. I’m getting it from all ends, yet newbies keep PMing me about using them before they are ready. I’ve become completely convinced the things are dangerous. The only problem is, they work. But at what cost. So far I’ve had no serious injuries, but I know plenty who have.

You might consider clamping with a network cable. I have been doing that for 10 days, then I reached my goal of 6.7” girth. I started at 6.5” so I gained 0.2”. My routine was 2x15min per day. I believe that clamping with a network cable is more save because your dick has some area to keep blood flow and it is easier to get a network cable because they are sold all over the world.
