Old Beginnings
Hello all,
I at one time was a PE athlete. In my early 20s when I had too much time in my hands I was very much into the scene. I am slowly getting back into things and understand the basics. I haven’t put together a routine yet, but will soon.
Over the past few days I’ve been hanging with weights for a good portion of the day. I’ve been using a single golf swing weight up until today. Today I used two swing weights for around 5 hours. I would slip one off when going to the bathroom to make sure I could empty out without leaking out for the next 30 minutes😬 I would make sure that my unit wasn’t cold or loss of fresh blood supply.
My question is, what is the opinion of the TP community on jumping back in the PE life hanging. Is it a bit dangerous, or could it be of great benefit?
I will get some good measurements before I find my routine but last time I’ve measured (years ago) I was 7.25 BPEL and 6EG. I have a feeling I’m not there any more, but will confirm.
