Hello everyone,

I have some questions and would like to hear your opinion.

As some of you may already know, I still haven’t started, but I was thinking a lot recently and this thought came to my mind…If I keep waiting for that perfect time, perfect moment to start, it may never happen. I want to make some crazy gains and that will certainly take many years. I’m not impatient, but the sooner I start, the sooner I’ll get there (hopefully). It’s difficult, since I’m very busy, but I don’t think it will get much easier down the line. There will always be challenges. If I eliminate all the time wasting activities and organize my time well, I’ll have one hour to do PE every day. I usually don’t have any classes from June to October, so I could do more during those 4 months and push it much harder. For the rest of the year, I could do up to one hour of manual work a day. If we’re talking about device use, I could do that for several hours, but that comes later down the line.

My plan is to slowly work my way up to the full newbie routine and SLOWLY progress from there.

What do you think, does this sound like a good idea? Do you have any suggestions? How far can one hour of manual PE take me?

Some is better than none and as you grow with experience [pun intended], you’ll find ways to fit it into your own particular lifestyle.

You mention classes. As a student, you might find that you are able to do some exercises while studying. I certainly could imagine using an extender, pump, or hanging while doing one’s studies…

Hi Danny,

I have had good results with ultrasound but there isn’t a lot of case studies on that and great care should be exercised. Wet heat is spoken of very highly by others. Go through the thread here of septum/dorsal thickening if you haven’t already as a lot of time could be wasted if heat is insufficient. I recommend using a decent ice pack after sessions with a gentle manual stretch of say 30 seconds (my ice pack has a nice fabric so it doesn’t freeze stick to your unit). You will notice impressive flaccid hangs and vascular properties the next day.

I know about applying heat, but haven’t heard of ice yet. Is it just one set or…? Care to explain and give me some more details?

I feel like 200 jelqs is a bit too much. I intend to start with just 50 and than slowly add more. Instead of 5 minute hot wrap, I will do 10. Is that good?

200 jelqs was too much for me when I started also, I got bad PI’s and lost my Morningwood until I dropped back to 50 to 100 to start with.

An hour a day is plenty of time to start making gains. It seems like you overthink things way too much. You are not buying real estate just start stroking your cock and it will grow.

Those are impressive growth stats you’ve got there.

200 jelqs is a lot for some people. Not so much for others. Start slow like you suggested and increase when you feel it is necessary.
