Hanging 1 hour, the same as stretch 1 hour?

Yes, thats my question. I think its nice to stretch my dick for 1-1,5 hours when I look at movie at the evening.
I use to do all kind of stretch, like up, down, right, v-stretch…you name it.

So do you think that 1,5 hour stretch have the same effectivines as 1,5 hours hanging?

I think 1 hour of manual stretch provides much more stress than one hour of hanging. But it’s also more tiring.

You can do two weeks of each and masuare gains, and then you will know what is best for you.

I dont think two weeks would be enough to measure gains. In the end, choose what you have time for.
