Hanging and V stretch !

Is anybody have some good tech for me about advanced V stretch to do when I hang ‘cause I have heard that V stretch is very efficient for tunica !

I wouldn’t try the v-stretch while hanging as your tissues are already in an extended state. However, I do use the v-stretch during warmup and as part of my pre- cooldown. You can do a search for the v stretch using the search button in the top right part of this page. Good Luck! :)

In Tom’s site I see a sort of new hanging system combining hang and V stretch tech ! I ‘m not sure ? Could you confirm it !

If you are talking about the sticks being placed on the penis to hang weights on, that is different than the v stretch. Have you done a search and read about the v stretch yet? :)
