V - Stretch Hanging

This isn’t really hanging in the same way as it’s normally discussed, but I had an idea for another way of using weights for PE today.
I’m uncut, and not having money for a proper BIB hanger, I have the dual problem of not having a decent hanger, and not being able to attach a homemade one effectively.
Anyway, this afternoon, I was thinking, and I took a plastic pipe cut lengthways in half, I had a halfpipe. Then I drilled holes into the sides of it, and threaded a shoelace through them. Then I took some dumbbell weights I had lying about and threaded the laces through the hole in the middle.
Then I stretched my penis out in front of me as if I were just stretching, but I had my new “hanger” with the “half-pipe” bit on top so the weights were pushing down in the middle as in the “V-stretch”.
I also tried moving it back right to where my penis leaves my body, which seemed to give quite a good stretch in the ligs.
I see this as acting as like another hand to aid in stretching, but stronger and more constant.
Does anyone have any comments or advice on this? Is it worth it, and will it provide any more effective stretch than just manually.
Also, how much weight do you think I could safely start off with on this? I was using a 2kg plate earlier, but I’m not sure how hand-strength compares to weights.
