However, please consider that since jelqing is known for producing girth gains, you may be inhibiting your ability to gain length by hanging because it is harder to lengthen a thicker penis than it is a thinner one.”

In other treads I have read that you “should” do some jelqing between sets.

This is what I do myself;

Strong dryjelqs between hanging sets plus edging while watching porn. I do this 7 minute’s after each hanging session. 3 minute’s to become flaccid and put the hanger on.

I believe that this will circulate more blood threw the penis and supply more nutrients for the tissue.

Maybe I should do some light jelging instead of the strong dryjelgs.

There is something into this theorie. However on the other side jelqing will supply a lot of blood and that’s good.

I don’t think jelqing before hanging can affect length gains. Obviously it doesn’t have any effect on your ligs and the total mass of your tunica stays the same even when expanded. The spongy tissue is filled with more blood than usual but you don’t hang from that.

Now for the real cons of hanging after jelqing. I’m not sure but I think your skin will probably be more susceptible to bruising and your veins may be more susceptible to thrombosing. While hanging your tissues will stretch somewhat and blood will flow back to your body which means you will have to do more tightening during hanging to prevent the hanger from slipping down.

Regarding the jelqing in between sets, this is to restore circulation, not increase your girth. Light jelqing in between sets is typically highly recommended.

Like ICM says light jelqing between sets is good. Jelqing doesn’t become an issue till you make it like a real girthsession right before you start hanging.

But the lube, if you wet jelq in between sessions it can get messy, so should you dry instead?

SHould someone jelq after hanging?

Well I dunno if my method of jelqing after hanging is affecting anything I only do one set now while sitting in my chair using my 29 lbs weight.I usually sit on the edge you know so I get the full pull and on top of a pillow 2 that helps.After that I take my weight and swing it manually.Or grab my dick and swing the weight like that lol funny acrobatics lmao.I will say one thing though my Girth was up at 6 inches for a hot minute then it dropped down to 5.5 not sure why it did that but it’s ok though.10 x 5.5 is semi cool but I still want my 6.5 girth which I might get with a pump but then again who knows heh.I do 1 20 minute session with my 29 lbs weight in the method I told you about then I jelq to get the blood flowing again.I have always used 29 lbs nothing lighter or anything like that.Not really sure what had made me start using weights until just recently when I realized that I had gained 2 inches in just a year and some change which is kinda cool wish gains came faster.I will continue to hang I guess till my girth reaches 6.5.if it never does that means I will be hanging for a long time.I love hanging more then sleeping lmao.ok yall I am off this thing gotta workout hope my lil random bad grammar input as well as bad sentencing helps you out.Hope someday thunder lets me have my own thread lol aight yall laterz.

Sorry, Anon771 not trying to hijack your thread. I think light jelqing is ok but no girthsession before hanging.

I am using the sock weight method.you know the one with the church sock connected to the weight with the 2 socks on your penis method.

As for the hanger, damn! That is one of the old methods which are widely disparaged. Since you don’t have one, I’ll put in a disclaimer now: sock hanging is very dangerous; you may get away with it, but very few people would recommend it. A wench can be made cheaply, and should be much safer.

I usually do some light jelqing before hanging. The extra swelling gives the hanger something to grip and it actually makes it more comfortable.

I’m also of the mind that the tissues will be more succeptible to stretching if they are loosened up, or broken down (however you want to say it) by jelqing.

Some pre-workout heat and jelqs make for a loose, floppy, noodle dick that will stretch more… no?

I do light jelqs in between sets only to combat loss of blood flow. Hanging beats up on your head.
