Base Skin Stretch When Hanging, Will I Still Gain?

Hello everyone,

I am hanging with the redi-stretcher, using 3kg of weight at 15mins, 4 times a day with two days off. Only started hanging a couple of weeks ago.

My question is, will I see gains if I am feeling skin stretch at the base of my penis where my pubes are?

When I attach the hanger, I pull my penis out and wrap around an inch from the head.

I have foreskin, so when I attach the weights it acts as a cushion on my head.

I find this way the most comfortable way to hang, but I just hope I will still gain if I am feeling this skin stretch.

This would probably be better off in the Hanger’s forum but during my brief time hanging I was always told skin stretch was necessary before achieving any gains.

You’ll get extra skin *and* extra dick. I seem to be gaining and I experience the skin stretch you’re talking about. The main question is- are you also feeling that stretch to the *internals*? It’s a quite different sensation from the skin stretch. For me it’s a dull ache inside the root of the penis which is pretty much the one that makes you sore. I’m pretty sure this internal ache is the feeling which corresponds to stretching gains. But then if you’re hanging 3kg then I’m pretty sure you’re feeling it.

Yes wantsmore, as well as the skin stretch, I do feel an ache at the base of the penis. Thats good then, once my skin stretches out more, hopefully I will feel more pull on the internal penis.

If you’re cut and have tight foreskin you can’t avoid skinstretching while hanging, somone who’s uncut or still has enough foreskin can hang without skinstretching. You can still gain wether your skin is stretching while hanging or not. Just make sure you don’t gain more skin than you would like ;)

I wouldn’t take 2 days off a week. That’s 48 hours of healing time that could be just enough to cause not only some healing but shortening. If you are young and heal quickly that could very well happen. I would never go more then 24 hours without an ADS to keep things extended. I try to keep down to nothing more the 12 hours before application of some ADS. I don’t want to loose a micron of length gained from a heavy hang session.
