My first measurement was (luckily) proper and the most of measurements after that were not (different position or ruler placement). Basically I was cheating myself with measurements that were showing more than I actually gained, i.e. inconsistent measurement methods.

1 inch in 6 months for me = ADS + newbie routine + BTC + light hanging

I started out ADS only. Six weeks in, i started the newbie routine & BTC stretch, about 3 1/2 months in I started light hanging.

Trying to attain the 7” mark now, I have gained only about 1/8 in the past 3 months. Once I hit the 7” mark I might change my routine up to make the jump to 7.5” BPEL which is my final length goal before I start my maintenance routine and start working on girth work.

“I measure today, I want that 7” mark” When you start out at 5.875 like I did 7” just seems huge.

As far as the other members that have taken much longer, I would say a lot of you laid out the ground work, and from your advice, trial and error your “long” gains and learning what works and what did not work is what saved us time and gaining more quickly.

I’ve measured yesterday and noticed that length is advancing fast enough. Just broken the Mach 1 barrier - sorry 1 inch barrier… :)

It took a bit more than one year and three months. Not bad, considering that I was not as consistent in PE as I wished to be.

The first 7 month I was on the newbie routine. Noticing that the gains slowed down, I tried something different. The last 7-8 months I experimented with a different approach to PE. It’s a genuine method for length gains which worked for me. I’ll describe it in a new thread in the near future. Stay tuned! :)

Starting BPEL: 6.9" (Dec.1st, 2008)

Current BPEL: 8.11" NBPEL: 7.63" BPFSL: 9.09"

Current MEG : 5.6"

I don’t remember how long it took. Should be in my progress thread somewhere :) .

Keep up the hard work everybody, 4 years more and I will join the 2” length gains club and then I will only do maintenance stuff.

It takes time and devotion.

Just made it into the 1” club! It took just under 4 months (119 Days). I did manual stretching, Jelqing (wet and dry), edging, kegels, and clamping.

Starting: (15X11.2 cm)(EV:9.13ci) Current: (17.5 X 11.9cm)(EV:12.07ci) Future: LONG AND THICK

Short term goal: (18.1X12.2cm)(EV:13.08ci) Long term goal: 22X16 cm EV: 26.31ci

All measurements are BPEL and Average girth (top shaft erect, mid shaft erect, and base erect) Journey Began on 1-20-10 Target date: 8-30-13

I got an inch in EL gains. The first half took about a month. The second half took the rest of the year, maybe more. Flaccid has hardly changed. Some of it must be due to EQ. I only get to my full length when fully turned on. I would put my length gains down mostly to fowfers. However, the jelqing is needed too. The two work well in combination. And don’t forget to throw some kegel stretches!

I'm fed up of having a signature!

This is confusing for me because I first started measuring while sitting and found that I`ve gained around 5/8” since dec 09, but one day I measured standing up after clamping and got 6 7/8” and I wasn`t completely erect.

I remember measuring standing occasionally and never broke six inches and it always depressed me, so I stopped until I found this place.

I estimate that I will reach the 1” club by christmas, just over one year into my PE career.

It took me 5 months. I half-assed everything for 5 - 6 months before getting serious, which was great for conditioning. When I decided I wanted to be truly focused and make this work, I dived right in. The importance of heat cannot be overstated enough! Three months of a manual routine, and two months of light hanging. I was at 6 or 7 pounds.

Like Kool John, lost a lot when I stopped. I didn’t cement my gains and I’m right back at square one.

I just joined! See my signature for the journey, but I went from 6.5 BPEL to 7.5 BPEL in 16 months with about a 5 month break in the middle.

It is a long term commitment for sure.

My journey .... My pics

Start BPEL 6.50" x MSEG 5.00"

Now BPEL 7.625" x MSEG 5.25"

I went from 5.1 to 6.1 now. Took around 15 months, with two resting months. Newbie routine starting and evolving slowly and light hanging the last couple of months.
What’s cool to remember is those beginning times where i’ve read some guys that are here for years with really big gains and i thought if i could do it for as long as some of those guys would i get the size i wanted? a year has passed and I’m on my way now :)

keep your motivation high guys

01/03/2009- NBPEL:5.1; EG:4.6.

01/05/2010- NBPEL:6.1; EG:4.7.

Long Term Goal- NBPEL: 7.0; EG:5.5

I am in the 1 inch club, it took me 9 months to get from 6 3/8” to 7 3/8” BPEL.

I have gained an inch, from 6.5 BPEL to 7.5 BPEL. It took maybe ~6 months of consistent workouts. There have been long periods of inactivity since I learned about PE. The key is consistency.

Started: NBPEL: 14 cm, BPEL: 16.5 cm, MSEG: 13 cm

Currently: NBPEL: 16.75 cm, BPEL: 19 cm, MSEG: 13 cm

ST goal: NBPEL: 17.25 cm and BPEL: 19.5 cm by Sept. 11th, 2011

Thank you guys for sharing this!

Man, I can’t believe how fast people gain inches. I just got there…it took me EXACTLY 13 months of PE. My penis doesn’t look bigger to me when erect and not near a ruler, but when I put the ruler up to it and realize my penis was 1 inch shorter, its like, HOLY SHIT.
