One jelq session and loss of sensitivity

I recently read up a little on the practice of jelqing and decided to try it out. I did it one day for about 7 minutes with proper lubrication and proper warm up. I didn’t know I wasn’t supposed to jelq over the head of my penis and I did it about 70 times. I also pushed down slightly. I started to notice after I started a few minutes that sensitivity was decreasing but I still kept doing it because it thought it was just normal. Also, my penis was half erect most of the session. I did not have any pain but only numbness the day after but I also noticed some very small veins on top side of shaft were purple but not anymore. It’s been about three days now and I still have not gained back any sensation that was lost. Is there anything at all I can do to heal any damage that may have happened? I’m only 21 years old and I can’t afford to lose anymore sensitivity as I’ve already completely lost it on the right side. I have never even told a doctor about it but I’m too young for this. Please help

It’s extremely unlikely you’ve sustained any permanent damage from just a few jelqs.

You say you’ve lost sensitivity on the right side of your penis? Where? How large of an area? Can you still feel hot, cold and if you pinch yourself, can you feel pain? Is it the skin that you’ve lost sensitivity in or the “flesh” itself?

I am definitely no doctor, so take what I say with a big grain of salt. However, from having sustained different kinds of injuries all throughout my body, one kind of nerve “damage” (not actually a damaged nerve) that might arise is just a nerve that’s affected by swelling or an inflammation.

Nerves heal just as all other parts of the body, except that they heal quite slowly. If you’ve actually sustained real nerve damage it may heal, but it may take time.

However, to reiterate what I said in the beginning; highly unlikely that you’ve sustained permanent damage. If only a few jelqs did that, your dick should have broken during rough masturbation or sex as well?
