Is there any benefit to doing a 2 on/1 off routine rather than a 1on/1off routine?
I’m curious what the vets think about the subject.

I am currently doing a 1on/1off routine because it seems to suit me better. On occasion I feel I need a 2nd rest day so I take it. It’s usually based on the ease of expansion and the size of my penis that day.

I have considered the idea of lessening the intensity or volume of my routine and making it 2on/1off but I’m not ready to change what I’m doing at the moment because it seems to be working for me.

Any thoughts?

Well, I think the recommended 2on1 off frequency of the Newbie routine is already pretty intense. I do advocate going lighter because a) resting is important and b) finding your individual frequency optimum is important too.

So I recommend to go lighter at the beginning with a 1 on 3 off frequency, increasing to 1 on 2 off, then 2 on 2 off, then 3 on 2 off etc until 5on 2 off in steps of 14 days or even 4 weeks. By monitoring the PI’s you can find out which frequency suits you best.

And then stick to it as long as growth there is :-)

Considering that, I may try a 1on/2off routine to see how my penis reacts. That may work better for me.

Generally I have fairly good PIs. Nighttime erections, morning wood every morning, good EQ.

The only thing is the day after my workout I don’t quite have turtling but both my erect and flaccid size are reduced a little bit. I don’t measure a lot but it appears my penis goes back to just below baseline on my rest day.

EQ is never affected, even right after my routine, so it seems the tissues are just tired.

Size generally bounces back strong after 1 rest day. When it doesn’t, I take an additional rest day.
