I’ve been trying to do the newbie routine to the letter, and aside from questions about my erection level I think I’ve succeeded. In about 2 weeks it’ll be a month since I started an I’m going to take my first measurement since I started. I don’t want to go crazy, but what kinds of other things besides the routine can I do? For example, does aerobic exericse help, or eating certain kinds of foods, or what other easy things can I do to increase my chance of having a good gain?
