Over 40 Is it A drawback ?

I’m in my mid 40s I’m interested to hear from people at the same end of the age scale. How have progressed or not what ever the case may be; did you gain from the newbie routine and have you since moved on to more advanced methods. I know we are all different but there must be some common physical factors or methods to gaining. Look forward to hearing from you

Anyway: I am 45 and I’ve noticed a weak but stable decrease in physical performance. I can’t do 27 chin-ups whatever hard I tried - my limit is 14-15 now. Moreover that - I can’t jump as high as the bar stays )) “IT” started last year. I don’t see any other reason than my age

Welcome. I started PE on October 1st and had some small gains in the first 2 months. I did alot of reading here for a month before I touched my dick. It is a good idea to take in as much as possible before you start. Sparkyx has some good stuff on EQ and PI’s.

I started with 10 min of heat then stretch 5 directions for 30 seconds each. Then more heat and 10 min of slow 3-5 second wet jelqs. I probably only did about 50 or 60 jelqs for the first 2 weeks. 1 on 1 off.

Take your time and don’t get in a hurry changing shit up!

Sorry I guess I should say I’m 42 yrs old. My EQ, night and morning woods were awesome at the start until I tried to ramp shit up. So if it’s working don’t change nothing.

I haven’t found my age to be a factor. I think as long as you’re in good shape, have a decent diet and get enough rest, you’ll be just fine.

Thank you Johnny8 I noticed some EQ changes to be honest especially on the day of PE not a spontaneous and not as long lasting without simulation but this seems sporadic I have not overdone it as far as I know stuck to the newbie routine and taken rest when I felt I needed it. I think its just the change in routine with a bit of psychology thrown in =) how much have you gained and are you still on the newbie routine

About a 1/4 inch each way. I just woke up one day and after my wood went away I noticed my flaccid was really plump. Well I got excited and ramped up my routine with about 50 more jelqs and everything went to shit.

I’m coming off a 2 week deacon break and I’m gonna start back where I originally started.

I don’t know how to share the posts I’ve been talking about or I would put it in here. But something else to look into is the captains wench. It is a device a genius came up with that you can buy the supplies at Wal-Mart and make yourself. Anyhow, up until I made this wench last night it never felt like I was getting a good stretch. This thing really aids in stretching. Last night was the first time it really felt like I was doing some good and the ligs got a good stretch.

Ah okay I think I’m being as careful as I can I’m trying not to get to over Zealous just noticed some changes in EQ I can still get one but its not as easy and I have to work to keep it still get the occasional morning wood but never really got them that much any way. Had sex the other night and didn’t seen to have to much of a problem getting a keeping it; so I think I will carry on until things become a problem and then decon. Did you lose your gains then Johnny8

It looked to be not as full flacid but when I measured, I hadn’t lost anything. I’m anxious to start back up tonight and see if I can gain a little more after my deacon.

I’m 44 and started a year ago. Only issue I’ve had with age is that I waited to dame long to start. I could have been enjoying these gains years ago. Good luck with your gains
