I keep a log. Ignore the dates later on for the month, I just copied and pasted my chart from previous months and didn’t amend it. So basically I restarted PE this march after plenty of time off. I haven’t really gained since my newbie type routine. This was in the first year and I’ve tried to be methodical and consistent. I gave up on reaching my length goals because my cock is disproportionate and needs some girth. I desperately just at least want 0.25 girth. Anything on top of that is a bonus.

So please take a look at my log. I feel I’ve been consistent and gradually increased my clamping time throughout.

I’m not sure I’m interpreting this correctly.

Are you saying that you did….. “40 jelqs, 5 minutes of basic stretches, and 2 sets of 5 minute clamping” ?

It sounds it bit on the light side considering that the newbie routine suggests 30 minutes of jelqing (600 jelqs) and 10 minutes of stretching.

I know the “less is more” philosophy is highly looked upon here because it seems to work for many but perhaps you should (cautiously) push it up a notch, always keeping an eye on your PI’s.

You did read that correctly. That was really just my starting point this year to get back in the groove. I have in later months increased it. But after a few months I thought I should just concentrate on girth. Oh and I’m not one to jelq. After developing turkey neck I hate jelqing and seeing the hair come up the shaft. It’s so much more awkward. I was using jelqs their while in the shower just to warmup really and an extra bit of health.

Mmm, I may take the heat into consideration. I always felt it was to avoid injury though. Oh and actually!! I haven’t written this but normally I take a bath/shower then start my routine immediately after. So that was my warmup. Perhaps I should try and use heat throughout?

Hit us up with some scientific info on how heat helps firegoat. I’m going to do a big test in a few days to see the difference in expansion when using heat and not.

Benefits of Heat in PE

So much better to prove it to yourself. Measure your BPFSL after PE for a few days without proper heating (I mean a microwaveable gel pack/rice sock etc., not a shower or bath, which are OK, but really not the same), and average it. Then do the same after proper heating. I think you may be surprised how much more extensible the collagen structures are after they have been heated.

You can check clamped girth post session as well if you clamp.

Hi Audacia, your clamping log looks very similar to my pumping log (also started in March this year) and I had a similar lack of results until about 7 weeks ago.

I started with 10 min sessions and added more as time went on, ended up doing 30mins with no results and worsening EQ !
So what changed, the first thing that made a difference was cutting my set times down to 7mins instead of 10, immediate improvement in EQ.
Second I lowered my pressure down to only 2.5”hg, another EQ jump and far less red spots.
At this point I was able to start adding more time again and EQ stayed high, it was after a few weeks at this level that I started to make progress.

The key thing with clamping or pumping seems to be reaching decent expansion over normal erect size and then staying at that point for a reasonable time.
The problem I found was it takes about 20mins under tension to reach that expansion, you cant rush it and if you use too much force getting there you cant sustain it and you get a negative reaction.

I agree totally with Firegoat about warming up, I’d also suggest not stretching before clamping and if you’re going to jelq do it very lightly.
I’ve found if I jelq too hard or do any stretching before a session I don’t respond well and get poor expansion, they seem to work better afterwards and I have better results stretching on its own and at a different time of day.
Also maybe loosen the clamp up a bit

I don’t know if any of that helps ?
