Over a month, no gains.

Over a month, no gains.

So it’s been well over a month now and still no gains whatsoever. My routine is warm up, manual stretches in all directions 40 seconds each about 5 times each, 200 3 second wet jelqs, warm down. My measurements are 6” BP 4.25” Girth. My goal is 7” by 5” but I’m aiming for length first. Any advice guys? I just don’t understand how you can tug and pull your penis 5 days a week for over a month and have no change in it whatsoever.

Just keep it up, and make sure your getting the rest you need. Whats your schedule? 2 on 1 off or what? Maybe you need to hold the strecthes longer.

An entire month of PE with no gains? :violin: Sorry it’s just that I have always wanted to use that emoticon.

Just stick with what you are doing. Plenty of guys go much longer before any gains kick in. Just my opinion, but I expect that more guys than not take longer than a month before anything much happens. Now a guy that has gained 1/4” in the first month will be posting about it, so it is easy to get the impression that fast gains are normal. When I started out my first three months saw zero gains. We have had guys with zero gains for their entire first year! Now this is very much the exception rather than the rule but it does happen.

Play around with grip, angles, duration, intensity, etc, if you wish but be carefull not to break anything. A month in and you are still in the conditioning and learning phaze.

Do more, try jelqing for 30 minutes at different levels of erection between 60 and 100 don’t count them go by time.

I would look into JAI stretches.

In my first month, I didn’t gain anything, but JAI stretches and inverted V Stretches helped.

Also, try drinking more water, take a multivitamin or some L-Arginine and do some cardio exercise to keep the circulation up.

3 years no length gains!

Although I gained about 3/4” length and 1/8” girth the first year, I have not gained any length since then. Moral, it is not so easy, especially for some people.

I have gained another 1/4” girth this last year however, from clamping and squeezing.

Relax, this is usually, normally the case. The other guys are right, you are still in the conditioning phase of PE. Your penis is still learning.

I would increase the time of stretches, hold for 60 to 120 seconds each, jelq for 5 seconds instead of three, also increase the number of jelqs you are doing. You might, and I’m not real sure about this so I hope a vet will chime in, go ahead and add the JAI or V stretches to your routine.

Be patient, you won’t see immediate gains, although I think you’ve figured that one out. Be consistent, be dedicated and in the long run you will see gains.

Thanks for all the advice guys. My only problem is that I have it stuck in my head that I’m a hard gainer just because of no fast results. Last night when doing my stretches instead of just stretching in any direction I did the helicopter motion until I found the greatest stretch for each direction which I think will help drastically.

Don’t get that hardgainer idea get into your head after just a month. People gain differently. I was so into gaining in erected length that I almost overlooked I gained a good bit in girth. Plus the kegal/pc-muscle exercises improved my control in lovemaking considerably.

Don’t look what works for other people, look what works for you. Don’t measure too often, try to incorporate PE as a normal part of your day, try to completely forget about your penis after the workout.

I recommend reading Sparkyx’ thread about “Physical Indicators (PI)”, that might help you to find out what works for you.

GainsWanted, I felt JUST like you. I have pictures of all of my gains but did not believe until I hit 17cm. Now when I look at my pictures and the date on them I realise I made my first gain after 3months of PE.

I urge you to keep at it, make a ADS or buy one, keep stretching and listen to the advice people here give you. Remember, I did not see even 1mm growth in 3months! And I did not believe I had grown until I had done regular PE for a total of 5months. Take a clear, good, bone pressed erect measurement right now if you do not already have one.

if you want length first try this. I started doing it this about 3 weeks ago and have gained about an 1/8 of an inch. Just 3-6 minutes 5-10 times a day of stretching. Try the standing between the cheeks, helicopter in the shower keeping tension the whole time, pulling straight down, and one leg up on something pulling between your legs. These are just what work best for me find which stretches give you the most tension and try increasing you duration of holds to say 1min or more.
