Packing HydroMax X-30 Comfort Insert

.But not the tube, to the point it is painful. If I stay with the X-30, is it possible to gain girth on the upper part of my dick? Or, am I doing myself a disservice by not upgrading?

Thanks!

If you’re experiencing any pain stop immediately, this is not good.

I would consider investing in a good air pump. The reason I recommend an air pump if you have to upgrade is because you can actually monitor exactly how much pressure you’re using. Plus, a good pumping rig is probably in the same price range as a new bathmate pump. In my experience the bathmates produce way too much pressure for a good PE routine, and it’s incredibly hard to get consistent pressures going for routines when you have no idea how much pressure is in the tube.

Hope this helps!

I had the same problem with my Penomet. My base girth is large enough to hit the gator on the bottom and it hurts like hell. I found some cock rings to wear around my base to protect it. Optimale brand. They keep my base from expanding in making contact so the rest of my dick will expand. But I also recently switched to air pumping to try to even out the taper that I have. I also agree bath mate has way too much pressure and it will vary greatly work out to work out. Air pumping with the gauge is the way to go. Leluv kit is $80 everything included. And there’s no pain when your base contacts a smooth acrylic tube. It sounds like you have a taper as well.

Current 7.25 x 5.5 - 6.25 Base girth?

Goal 7.75 x 5.75?

I for one don’t see it like that. I think the BM is a wonderful tool to use for PE and if you just pump until there’s no more water coming out of the nozzle(as the producers recommend)you’ll get pretty much the same amount of pressure each time.

I’ve tried air pumping at a low pressure as well and I experienced more discomfort and fluid build up+ zero gains with that. With the BM on the other hand I’ve gained a quarter of an inch 4 weeks in, no discomfort and zero fluid build up. And a longer and fuller hang all damn day as well which a air pump did not provide me.

I do get what the others are saying though, about being able to monitor the pressure and all but still I choose the BM, hands down and no competition as far as I’m concerned.

“There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. A high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.”-Hunter.S.Thompson-

As long as a big can of Gillette shaving cream(7,5" or 19 cm), with picture proof in the 'full body picture' section. Pictures is the ultimate proof in the pudding, IMO.

Would you be able to provide any numbers as to how much pressure you get from pumping as the makers recommend with the bathmate? (this is a trick question)

Out of curiosity, what kind of routine (time/pressure) did you use when you experimented with air pumping and what cylinder size were you using?

Side note if you’ve only used this product for 4 weeks it’s hard to comment on how useful it may potentially be in the long term. My problem with the BM (as I’ve said before) is that you are almost guaranteed to use way too much pressure, especially if you “pump until there’s no more water coming out”. Lack of fluid buildup *does not* indicate you are pumping at safe (or necessary) pressures, because if I remember correctly water pumping counteracts the fluid buildup because the water in the tube essentially acts as a form fitted wall that doesn’t allow fluid to leak in.

None of the pressure issues or anything else that was mentioned addresses the problem that he is having of his base expanding into the gaiter of the pump and causing him pain.

Sorry for drifting off original question.

I’d recommend getting a larger cylinder (be it air or hydro) and stopping any exercise that is causing pain.
