Pain After Jelqing

After I finished jelqing yesterday (150 three-second jelq strokes), I experienced some slight pain at the base of my penis. The pain has gone away today. Being somewhat new to jelqing, I was wondering if experiencing pain, even if it’s slight, is bad. After jelqing, is it normal for the penis to feel a little pain? Or if I feel pain, does it mean my grip is too hard and that I’m causing injury? Should there be no pain at all?

Did you warm up and stretch before jelqing?

Good question Kingpole, I found real quick that warm up is needed! Also warm down is needed too!

Makes everything a bit more limber. And for almost 2 weeks now, I’ve been doing dry jelqs in shower, and wow.. What a difference in girth and some length! I will share pics soon.

Remember man, slight pain it’s pretty normal specially on stretch, but if you experienced more pain or the pain do not go away, cut off PE and let your dick recovery.

Okay, I see what I did wrong last time..

Last time, I did do the warm-up and warm-down, but only for 1 or 2 minutes. I got impatient. But today I did the warm-up and warm-down in 5 minutes (I was patient this time). Also, I reduced the 150 jelq-strokes to 50 jelq-strokes. I figured that it’s probably best to begin PE with fewer jelqs, but increase the jelq-reps as my penis gets used to it. I didn’t experience any pain today after I jelqed.

I had some initial irritation at the base of my cock from jelqing and realized it was from the pubic hair being rubbed against my skin over and over again. I shaved it off and no more irritation. Like magic. ;)

That’s exactly you should do what your body can handle, if your erections goes weaker then it’s a sign for stop and re-valuate your routine.
