Pain below the glads
I was going to start my stretching, when I felt a numbing pain coming from half an inch from the glands. I think I injured myself by stretching the last time. It must have happened as one is suppose pull on the penis below the glands when doing some stretches to extend the penis. There are no bruises or marks at the area of the pain, so I think it is internal.
With that pain raidiating, I can only dry jelq from the base of the shaft.
I have stopped doing PE now, and after a while, the pain has stopped. So what do I do? Place ice? Avoid PE for a week or so? Or over the years will I find out it has turned to something worst, such as Peyronie’s disease?
Well, I just want to know what to do, and what will happen to me. Also, for a beginner do you think 11 minutes of stretching is too much time? I think it is now.
