In that case just keep losing weight and little by little you will see your abs start to pop out. You will still want to work your abs, mainly transverse abdominus and lower abs, twice a week hard with weights. Now if you have just a little jiggle that’s all diet and exercise, a hard under the muscle belly is from years of heavy drinking, nock it off. Don’t worry about it if you have a big stomach though. I have a thick stomach too but I can still see the outline of most of my abs at 18%bf.
A little secret I picked up to look your best is to wear a size smaller shirt under your regular shirt. Tank tops or haines under shirts work well for this. Then wear a single color shirt over that and tuck it in, it also helps to slightly pull up your pants but only an inch or so.
