Pain in the pubic area

hi does any one ever experience pain in the left side of the pubic area only its annoying a little bit and today when i jelq i felt discomfort while am jelqing not in the penis only in the pubic area not pain as too much its just pain so does any one knows why,

I still get erection normally and i don’t see any thing is wrong at all,
is it because am exercising in the gym and am losing a lot of fat in my body thank you

Good work on the diet, it sounds like hard work and you’re doing well to lose that much weight. I bet it’s pretty rewarding as well, putting the effort into your diet and exercise.

I guess just take it easy for a day or two then. If the pain is not in your penis then there are still exercises you can do - by the sounds of things, this related to PE and not weight loss or diet, it sounds like maybe you have stretched some of the ligaments above your penis?

maxpower82 thank you bro i think your right look what i think, when i jelq i really realize that the skin of the pubic pad skin is loose due to lost of fat and the skin is not yet tight so when i make the stroke i stretch the fat skin too and if the fat skin is for sure connection to what ever is inside, maybe this is what causing the problem i believe i am jelqing right and i have a normal erection but today when i jelq and when i stretch the skin of the pubic fat this is the time that it irritates me when its 100% erected i bend it to the right which is the opposite side of the hurting area it give irritation, so i made just 100 and jelq and i heat the irritated area for 30 minutes with sack of rice, So don’t you agree with me that the stretching of the pubic skin may cause this ?

And by the way i am losing this much Because i cut the intake of the calories from 2200 a day to 700 + gym exercise for 1 hour heavy lifting i only eat fish / chicken grilled / steamed vegetable and fruits and a lot of chilly so if your planing or any one is planing to go for a diet do this maybe it is suitable for your body thank you again

Mk, you need to contact a dietition right away and be seen by a doctor. You are consuming 700 calories a day, roughly a third of what you need and burning an extra 200-300 calories with your workouts and metabolism boost after the gym. This kind of diet is nothing short of anorexia and will leave you in pretty bad shape later on. Even the the medically obese people on “The Biggest Loser” never dip below 1,200-1,500 a day and even that is a huge step down from what athletes eat when working out to lose weight.

I assumed the figures were a little exaggerated. The weight loss, calories and type of exercise that is. Even one scoop of protein shake with water would probably carry 100 calories, so are you sure you are actually taking only 700 calories? If so, refer to thegreatdivider!

I measure my food half chicken a day non bone no skin with 1 boiled egg and I drink milk 0 fat every day 2 times minimum 2 liters of water 3 slice of bred a lot of fruits before gym 1 scope of whey protein with 8 oz of milk before and after all my intake is around 1 300 calories cut gym 300 I still have 1000 I drink coffee mixture of L-carnitine L-glutamine L-arginine 2 times a day it is healthy diet thanks for the advice again

Not exactly a healthy diet, believe me I know after cutting down to near anorexic levels. For you I would reccomend you use an online Harris Benedict Base Metabolism Calculator along with the multiplier. You will need anywhere from 2000-3000 calories a day. Even with that you still need about Lean Body Weight in grams of protein a day and about a quarter of your that post workout along with most of your daily carbs and a little fat if you’re looking to stoke the testosterone furnace. What scares me is that you are taking such a huge chunk of your calorie deficit out of your diet and lifting weights. You can still lost a pound a week if you take 300 calories out of your diet from excess fats or sugars and workout (that’s another 200 calories). If you’re still looking to lose more than swap out your carbs inbmeals before the gym with keto protein and fat meals, you’ll burn about half of te calories from protein in digestion alone. That in it’s self is 200 calories for 100 g of low carb protein.

What worries me is what will happen to you after you get pressured into comming off your diet. Most likely you will crash and burn and then completely come off the waggon because tour body is craving food and your mind thinks you’re starving. Honestly you could get away with more protein and fruit and even a little ice-cream every weekend and still lose fat. Then you could even consider a vegan diet for a few weeks and still make great strength gains and lose bodyfat. I want you to take good care of yourself. Autumn is comming then winter and that means more Holliday meals, more ghrelin,and less neuro transmitters from SAD. Basically, you’ll be stuck inside and depressed with nothin to so but eat for weeks.

Well bro I don’t know what to tell you I believe thank you is a small word to what you told me, I think am gonna go more for fruits and try to put up more calories a day but I was suffering like hell bro my stomach was like a pregnant woman and am only 26 years old honestly like a cow now there is a little to take off all the fat in my stomach and if you knew how much I had fat in my pubic area you will be scared, now I almost lost my pubic fat almost but still have an inch am 6.2 6.3 erect length there is at least half inch maybe more because when I measure 6.5 bone press the middle bone but even so the fat is big and thick as thick no joke, so I can’t really tell if I am 6.5 or 7 inches am just sticking to 6.5 as long as I can’t decide which measuring is accurate

pain in the pubic area is an injury provoked by either tight or too much jelquing

You could have done a vein if you feel pain along the shaft to the middle up the pubic bone cold feeling

you should stop altogether and possibly see a doctor for diagnosis if pain persists perhaps take a pain killer and antinflamatory tablets hirudoid ointment is good initial inflammations and get of the exercises for few weeks until recovery.

Are you talking about a distended belly like a starving African or a full on estrogenic buda belly with bitch tits? The destended belly I just from water retention from carbs, if you’re not starving that is. Easily fixed with a little more potassium (like potassium chloride instead of table salt) and sweat. Bitch tits and a huge belly will only be resolved in time with proper diet,exercise, and optimum hormone levels. Your best weapon against that is hardcore superset workouts with 1min rest between exercises and 2 between supersets, training carb depleted and fueled by protein and fat (mct oil works great), cardio which you already knew, and…3..2..1.. Optimum sleep everynight with no carbs 3hrs before bed. Also I would limit caffeine and just fuel with small amounts of carbs (3-4g) when you’re drained, absolutely no diet pills btw, and no carnitine or arginine before bed because they can keep you up.
