Painful EQ Indicators - Help

I’ve been on a beginner routine for 1 month consisting of 6 mins of manual stretching plus 100 jelqs. My erections are rock hard. Great.

However when I ejaculate during masturbation it’s too intense. Painful at times and my penis feels like it’s about to explode. My PC muscle also contracts really hard. Again quite painful. I’ve been put of ejaculating altogether.

Has anyone experienced something similar? I’m reluctant to stop PE.

Things are getting stronger but that discomfort will fade.
