I’ve been been inconsistent with PE over the past few months. So, I’m curious as to if there’s any methods that someone who only has a few months conditioning can do that would be considered a passive method compared to proper sessions?

When I say ‘Passive Methods’ I’m talking about things that you can apply while you’re doing other things. Like under clothes or something like that. Maybe some kind of extender or cock ring.

My main goal is to get a little more girth, something like .5” for now would be awesome. Would get me close to 5.5” in total. I’d like some more length, but that isn’t my priority.

Currently floating at about 7.2”-.4” in BPEL and about 4.8”-5.0” for EG. Would like something closer to 7.5”-8.0” x 5.25”-5.5”.

I understand the progress probably won’t be as good as if I did the manual exercises, but in my current life style, it’s hard to stay consistent. So I thought I’d ask and see what you guys think, and come up with a solution that solves the problem and allow myself (and whoever else may come across this thread) reach their goals in an alternate way.

Perhaps splitting a routine into multiple short bursts could help with a busy schedule. 10 minutes here 10 minutes there.

One of the top gainers around (Bennett) used a technique where he did short bouts all throughout the day (5-6 sessions) that were only just 2-3 minutes long. Gained over 2 inches after years of this technique. There’s always a way with PE. Just have to make a way.

I’ve just read about a method called all day cock ring that is great for girth , you just go with a cock ring 24/7 as I understood .

Wrapping after hanging or extending would be a passive method.
