I am curious of what others do during their day to help get a little more PE into their lives. I try and do some PE spread out through my day. Here is one that I do when I find myself laying around doing nothing.

In the morning when I wake up, I usually already have decent morning wood. So I reach over and grab my cock ring and put it on to maintain that wood. Some mornings I may lay there for up to 20 minutes before even getting up. So I put the ring on, squeeze some blood in, not too much at this point just enough. I then throw my NIR pad over and start scrolling. Maybe after 5-10 minutes I will do a short clamp style session where I aim to get as much blood as I can comfortably into my penis. I usually use lube during my normal workouts, but during this short morning routine, I don’t. It’s like a morning stretch to start my day. Some days I do get right up and don’t have time so I may do this at another time of day. I still do my main workout, right now that’s 5x5x3.

I have noticed that I can get thicker erections more often when I keep my penis from retracting back to that full soft state too much. I seem to just hold more blood in my penis through the day as well. I have tried seeing if I can do this at work for maybe an hour once at twice. I can easily. It does go flaccid, but there is a decent amount of blood hanging out to keep some expansion going vs full retraction without the ring all day.

I am trying to add in bundled piss pulls too, but most time I just have too much blood in my penis through the day and my penis fills more easily, so it’s like trying to do a bundled stretch with a light erection, which is hard to do. But doesn’t have to be at the urinal. If I find myself being lazy and scrolling and my penis is able to do those stretches I will try to get some of those stretches in, for just a few minutes and lightly. Not an actual full routine. Just a stretch and expansion between full workouts.

At this point, I can feel that inner soreness that tells me when I’ve done too much. It also makes it hard to get erections sex when over done. So I listen to my body.

The only other thing that helps is a comfortable ring. I actually use a silicone sleeve from totalman. I cut a 1” piece and fold it in half. I don’t fold it equally, I leave a tail on the underside, my theory is that tail (which should be on the gland side, not base) will fold outward and with the blood pressure in the penis, it will help push the ring in towards your body. Lube really helps with these rings. When dry, it can get some pulling of skin if you retract some. They are grippy.

What are you guys doing?

I had a busy weekend. Didn’t get any PE done. I noticed that my flaccid and erect turned back to normal. Overall desire went down. Just a decline in sexual prowess.

I did my normal workout yesterday, and things went back to better. Stronger, thicker erections. Even today just a slight fuller hang. Good morning erections waking up.

I was just so busy this weekend with home projects, I didn’t have time, plus wife was home with me all weekend. I usually like to do my normal workouts when she isn’t home.
