PE ADS weights

Here on this link are Montys weights. My question is how do you get them on the how do you keep them on? How do they work in general? I think this would be a great ads for me.

Surely if you read the post on the front page of the forum you can figure it out.

I know I have read it. I used advanced search. No information comes up about about how you put them on, Or the wrapping or anything. Just peoples comfort wearing them and how many they put on is all I found. Maybe I am searching wrong, If so I apologize for that.
