Hi all, I hope you can help me. I use to do my Stretch and Jelq session at morning (11-12 AM), WITHOUT HAVING BREAKFAST FIRST…

I usually have lunch at 14 PM. Can this lack of food disturb my gains? Do you think it is better to eat something before PE?

I think the only way it could make a difference is if you’re so hungry you cut your session short to go to lunch earlier.

Yes, but your body needs vitamin and protein to grow. What happen if there aren’t any?

When you do body building you need a correct alimentation, so i thought that PE could be the same.
