I think I said this to you before, but though kegeling improves erection quality, some people have also experienced premature ejaculation as well because of it. On the other hand, there are also users on this board who swear by it, and have said they could have sex a lot longer because of kegeling.

If it’s a big problem, maybe you could try stopping kegeling and see how that works out. I also experienced a bit of increased sensitivity to the penis when I started to kegel.
