PE And Urethral Stretching

Anyone ever use a urethral stretcher while pumping ? I have pumped off and on for over 20 years now. Have had great success. The only thing I have really had issue with is the urethra seams to constrict making it difficult to urinate.

Thought I would try a 8mm stretcher while pumping to help keep the urethra from constricting.

Any thoughts or ideas ?

Are you talking a out a sound? Many guys do it. Just make sure it is sterile.

I have a 6”x3/8 flexible urethral plug. I have been using to stretch urethra out for Urinary issues. I have been cleaning it before and after use.

I do it, works fine.

Note that if you use a hollow sound or “pee-through” plug, it can cause part of the urethral wall to get pulled into the plug, which can make that part of the urethra sore for a while. It only seems to be an issue with the smaller plugs; 8mm and up don’t seem to have that problem, at least for me.

I’ve also used a solid rubber sound with a vacuum ADS. Most sounds have a fairly large knob on the end to keep them from sliding completely into the urethra; that turned out to be uncomfortable inside the vacuum bell. I thinned the knob down to about 2mm by cutting it with a razor blade.

Yeah I use 8mm rubber now. Tried with my cylinder today. It went ok. Didn’t have issues urinating after so that was a plus.
