Hi Every one , it’s Mims , I’ve been doing the newbie routine for almost 2 months now , And Already Gained 1/2 inch Length and 0.4 inch girth with some basic newbie routines. ( certainly due to EQ improvement )

My stats for now are : BPFSL : 6.75 , BPEL : 6,5” , EG: 4,5” .

Well even though I know I still have time to go before getting any confirmed gains , there some points missing on that forum , and I already know that some similar topics have been opened before , but .. As a lurker PE for 10 years now , I think I have enough knowledge about PE but there is something there misleading and I want your opinion on it .

Many people report negligible or no gains at all during the newbie phase, and alot of them state BS about Jelqing .That said , I want to be sure about something.. Do you guys really jelqed at a constant level of erection as it mentioned ?

Between 40%-70% Erection seems to be the most optimal for growth , and I’m sure many of us newbies misunderstand the importance of that .

For myself , I Already tried jelqing at a constant level of 50% but this is just impossible to maintain ! I could Maintain a 90%-100% erection , but never managed to keep a 50% one during a PE session ! After few jelqs I just go back to 30ish erection if not 0% !

I tried watching porn while doing it , either I get too hard and have to wait few seconds to make it go back to a 50% erection , or it does nothing and I’m still at 40% erection ( note that I don’t have this problem with my girlfriend , I get very aroused every time we have sex , thanks to kegels), and therefore , my sessions are getting too long , because I have to masturbate every time to get that perfect semi erection, then jelq for few strokes ( between 4 & 10 ) and my erections goes back down , so I do it again ..

So have you experienced the same thing ? Did you guys find a way to make this work better ?

I appreciate any answer for my questions , And I’m sorry for my English , I’m actually not a native speaker .

Good gains.

Erection levels go up and down. You’ll be jelqing as the erection fades and then you’ll reach a point where you have to stop and regain your erection. That’s OK. If you are too hard you have to wait a bit for the erection to subside a little. It gets easier as time goes by because PE becomes more normal, so high erection levels tend to happen less and you’ll find there are ways to encourage yourself harder more quickly with practice.

Yeah but it’s kind of convenient to always wait for the erection , or masturbate until a decent erection and loosing it again after only few strokes !

I get erect and then kegel and do cock raises until my erection starts to go down and it doesn’t stand up on its own anymore and then I start to jelq, its probably at ~80% or so, and as I jelq by the time I get to 40-50 strokes it is at 50-60% or so.
One trick I use is to sometimes run my finger along the underside of my penis and over the glans to provoke stimulation, or I’ll gently and softly run the fingers of one hand over the glans while I’m jelqing. So I kind of masturbate and jelq at the same time. This keeps me at 50-70% erection which is perfect for me. By the time I am at 70 jelqs for a 100-jelq set I am at ~40% erection and I’ll stroke myself up and down a few times to try to get back up to 60% if I can.

But honestly my penis is not at the exact same level of semi erection the whole time I do a set of jelqs. It fluctuates naturally and I can’t control it or do anything about it. Even when I’ve taken erection aids like Cialis for fun while doing PE and pumping, my semi erection varies while doing jelqs. I think you’re doing it fine and its just how a penis works!

Very interesting part , but I sincerely don’t get any harder after stretching , it’s harder for me to get it erected just after a stretching session , it takes me a few hours .
