PE for 7 months now, need advice for the future!
Hello dear penis comrades!
I have been doing PE for 7 months pretty damn consistently averaging 4-5 workouts per week. I started at 5.5” and are currently 5.7”, I am pretty sure it is basically EQ gains all of it. Been working up to about 30 mins simple manual stretches and 15-20 mins jelqing and have done this for quite some time without any gains.
So, in about a months time, I am going on a vacation for 2 weeks and I have no clue if I am going to do PE while being there. I really need some advice on how I should proceed going forward… Should I take a ”decondition” break for about 6-8 weeks and restart on a routine or should I scale my routine down and start a new routine that is lighter and gradually build it up? Is it even necessary for me to go on a decondition yet? Is it better to start a new routine and keep going? I hear things like tissues ”toughen up” etc in time etc… maybe I have not yet reached that point so a decondition would do nothing for me? I can’t say I have used very high intensity yet in my career, I’ve tried keeping it on the light side.
