PE for month and 2 day break

PE for month and 2 day break

Hey guys, been doing PE for a month now with one days rest in the week.
I decided to take 2 days rest in the middle of the week now, and I’m returning to PE again.
Is it good or bad to take 2 rest days in the middle of the week once in a while while PEing?
Now Ill switch my resting day to one of the days I took a break.
Hope the 2 day rest doesn’t take anything back.

Rest days are nothing but good, and you will not lose any gains. Only one or 2 rest days a week isn’t very much and you probably need more. A 2 days on, 1 day off routine seems to be what is advised. (Newbie routine). On the other hand. If this works for you and you see gains, keep going. :)
