PE with Gym
Hi everyone,
I am going to start the PE after a bad attempt for 3 months about 5 years ago.
So that`s why I would like to know more and learn well so I do everything the correct way and got a good results.
My question is about the training in the gym and PE.
I have been training in the gym for about 6 months following a training and eating plan and I have got a good results.
I train usually 4 to 5 times in a week (muscle everyday) and I take some Nutrition supplements like Protein shake, BCCA (Amino acids), Pre-workout( with Arginine, creatine and caffeine) off course I don`t take them all together, but roughly two supplements together according to a plan and off course I don`t take any Testosterone or Testosterone exciting drugs.
So I want to know, If training in the Gym could affect the PE efficiency or not ? And does any one these Nutrition supplements which I mentioned above affects the PE or Not (I know Arginine helps to increase the blood circulations which helps increase the flaccid length but it is affect it temporary) and Protein and BCCA helps the muscles recovers and rebuild the micro tears which gives bigger muscles, but do the have the same effects on the micro tears in the penis ?? And is it Okey to PE on the same training day or it is better to avoid it??
Sorry, I asked a lot of questions :) but I am totally excited to start the PE and doing a good results with it.
