Its been 3 weeks since I started

I do 7 minutes of jelqing and 6 minutes of stretching, 30 seconds on each direction

Am I taking things slow? Is that good or bad?

Should increase the duration of the exercises ?

Also I’m kinda excited but scared cause I’m gonna measure next week lol

My erections are kinda better but my member looks different there is more noticeable Capillaries and my viens look more noticiable
I don’t know if that is a good or a bad thing tho lol

It’s done by stimulating tissues to grow and physically manipulating them in the right directions as they do.

Over-training just causes injury and/or makes it harder to gain with the same time and effort.
