I’ve been PEing for 3 weeks and have done 10 sessions so far. However, I’ve gotten pain on the underside/below my glans and was wondering what it might be. I’ve also got a dull ache close to the base. I stopped PEing and masturbating for a couple of days and when I was doing the latter last night, I had that pain as I was ejaculating. Any idea what it might be? I’ve had positive gains - much harder erections, more powerful ejaculations, and slight gains in length and girth. Basically, my penis feels bigger in my hand than before I started to PE.

I do my PE exercises after high intensity weightlifting workouts so I might be pulling too hard and squeezing too tightly. I stretch by grabbing my glans with a tight, firm grip and pulling hard. My erection is parallel to my body, not perpendicular so I suspect it is my aggressive pulling down that has given me the dull ache close to the base. Additionally, I’ve been watching a new porn movie while jelqing and the girl, Presley Maddox, is hot so I’ve been jelqing with about a 90%+ erection. I also kegel immediately after jelqing and can feel a good internal pressure throughout the shaft.

I keep detailed PE records just as I do with my weightlifting and here’s what I last did before I started having the pain:

Monday 7/23: Start 8:49 PM, End 9:51 PM, 1:02 elapsed time
Hot Wrap, 5 min
Stretching, 8 minutes, 10s rest between each stretch (2 sets of 1 minute Down, Up, Left, Right)
Jelqing: 360 reps, 3+ seconds per stroke (90 x overhand, 90 x underhand, 90 x overhand, 90 x underhand)
Kegels: 50 reps at 5 second intervals

My penis was sore after this workout. It’s now Friday morning and I still have that pain, albeit it comes and goes. Maybe my jelqing technique is not correct. I apply the most pressure on the sides of my penis using the finger bones directly above the knuckles. I use one hand to push in the slight fat pad that I have so I can grip as close as I can to the base with my other hand. I then squeeze tightly and pull forward until I’m completely gripping my glans. I then let go and repeat with my other hand. As I get closer to the glans, I can feel fluids (blood?) being squeezed back into the shaft.

I suppose I’ll have to rest for a week with no PEing, no masturbating, and no sex and see how I feel then.

Good idea to take a week off - IMO you’re doing to many Jelqs - I’ve heard numerous veterans state that if you do more than 15 to 20 minutes of jelqing your waisting your time and maybe risking injury. Finding the right balance is tricky, but if you hurt yourself early on your PE dreams could come to a screaching halt. Be careful -PE injuries often aren’t noticed until hours later - so take it a little bit at a time - slowly build upon your workout a month or so at a time. Don’t do any advanced moves till at least three or four months of consistent conditioning.

If you are just starting PEing then jelqing with a 90%+ erection for that number would sooner or later lead you to injury as your dick is not conditioned to do it at that level yet. Try it at 50% or so for now.

Your routine does not look very intense that it would be causing pain. Try easing your stretching grip also.

Take a few days off to let the oain subside.

Sheshot, sometimes guys do not feel any work being done at those times or if they are going for a shock routine, then it is not unusual to go for longer periods, 40 minutes or so.

Another vote for at least a week off. Pain is not good. You might be using too much force when stretching and jelqing.

And try porn with slightly uglier girls.

Honestly I believe you can never jelq enough, 20 min is great but 30 is better, so on. Of course, you have to condition yourself along the way to be able to withstand the pressure and strain your putting on your member.

Don’t grab your glans alone. That could be part of it. Here’s how I form my grip.

I’m right handed so adjust to your convenience.

1. With my left index finger and thumb I grab the glans and stretch it out.
2. I close the index finger and thumb of my right hand in an OK formation overhand right beneath the glans.
3. Slide the right OK hand down to push the skin further back towards the shaft, and clamp with OK.
4. I then wrap my middle finger and the rest of the fingers around the glans. The OK fingers should have the tightest grip, and the rest are there for traction.
5. I get a good pull on nearly two inches of my dick. Now I’m not pulling from a small area like the glans alone.

This, and variations of this have worked flawlessly for me. I mean, yeah, you’re going to loose grip sometimes. Don’t keep pulling when your hand is sliding off. Just regrip.

Also, try jelqing at lower erection levels. Nix the porn for now and keep your erection around 50% if you can. Mine usually fluctuates between 30-70% when I’m jelqing. If it goes lower than 30, I kegel and stroke a few times, if above 70, I just take a wait break for it to subside some.

You’re a bodybuilder so take advise from that. Who cares about the time and intensity in the workout. Practice form first or you could risk injury. Take a few weeks off, and try again.

I would have to challenge that, Sheshot. I haven’t seen ‘numerous’ veterans say that, and the Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine , for example, calls for working your way up to 30 minutes of jelqing.

Good solid advice otherwise, though.

My bad on the 15 or 20 minutes , I thought I read that on Memento’s post “Momentous Rapid Gain Mechanism” but I didn’t read it correctly - Memento is someone that I have read a lot, and have found his advice and insight especially helpfull. What he actually said was that jelqing more than 20 minutes was possibly putting quantity above quality, and that if you jelq for 40 minutes, try doing it for 15, but concentrate more on what you are doing rather than thinking about what’s going on later that day.

Also, goldsgymrat, check out Vurpollon’s work-out in PE stats, he’s a good example of taking it easy and finding what your most comfortable with. But check out his progress as well - it seems he’s achieved excellent results without going to extremes.

How hard should I be pulling my penis when stretching? I wish I had some way of measuring the force I’m exerting on my penis when pulling. Or should I just be doing a simple “stretch?” I.e. Lightly pull until my penis is stretched out, then lightly pull a little bit more.

Thanks for the details. Yeah, I was ending up squeezing my glans hard and pulling. Maybe I was ripping apart my glans from my shaft instead of stretching the whole shaft? So if I understand you correctly, you are gripping the front end of your shaft and pulling as opposed to my gripping only my glans and pulling?

The overhanded OK should start around an inch below the glans with the skin stretched down, and the other fingers wrapped around the glans snuggly for traction. Works like a charm for me. I’m into bodybuilding too and I’m a pretty strong bastard, I’d hate to image pulling hard on just my glans alone.

Yeah, that’s what I’m going to have to do. I test-fired old Johnny both last night and tonight and my penis still aches. So that month off includes no PE, no masturbation, and no sex. :( I’ve never done that since puberty. I wonder if my weightlifting sessions and heavy bag training will be more intense. I hope all I have is just some soft-tissue micro-damage and didn’t fuck up the plumbing. There’s no redness or swelling and I can ejaculate and piss although it did take me a little longer to be able to piss after ejaculating.
