PEing for 3 weeks; underside of glans hurts as well as the base
I’ve been PEing for 3 weeks and have done 10 sessions so far. However, I’ve gotten pain on the underside/below my glans and was wondering what it might be. I’ve also got a dull ache close to the base. I stopped PEing and masturbating for a couple of days and when I was doing the latter last night, I had that pain as I was ejaculating. Any idea what it might be? I’ve had positive gains - much harder erections, more powerful ejaculations, and slight gains in length and girth. Basically, my penis feels bigger in my hand than before I started to PE.
I do my PE exercises after high intensity weightlifting workouts so I might be pulling too hard and squeezing too tightly. I stretch by grabbing my glans with a tight, firm grip and pulling hard. My erection is parallel to my body, not perpendicular so I suspect it is my aggressive pulling down that has given me the dull ache close to the base. Additionally, I’ve been watching a new porn movie while jelqing and the girl, Presley Maddox, is hot so I’ve been jelqing with about a 90%+ erection. I also kegel immediately after jelqing and can feel a good internal pressure throughout the shaft.
I keep detailed PE records just as I do with my weightlifting and here’s what I last did before I started having the pain:
Monday 7/23: Start 8:49 PM, End 9:51 PM, 1:02 elapsed time
Hot Wrap, 5 min
Stretching, 8 minutes, 10s rest between each stretch (2 sets of 1 minute Down, Up, Left, Right)
Jelqing: 360 reps, 3+ seconds per stroke (90 x overhand, 90 x underhand, 90 x overhand, 90 x underhand)
Kegels: 50 reps at 5 second intervals

My penis was sore after this workout. It’s now Friday morning and I still have that pain, albeit it comes and goes. Maybe my jelqing technique is not correct. I apply the most pressure on the sides of my penis using the finger bones directly above the knuckles. I use one hand to push in the slight fat pad that I have so I can grip as close as I can to the base with my other hand. I then squeeze tightly and pull forward until I’m completely gripping my glans. I then let go and repeat with my other hand. As I get closer to the glans, I can feel fluids (blood?) being squeezed back into the shaft.
I suppose I’ll have to rest for a week with no PEing, no masturbating, and no sex and see how I feel then.
