You’re wearing it for nine hours a day, which is a lot, make sure you use it on the right length with the right traction. And keep in mind that extenders normally produce gains at a slower pace, so be patient.
I’m using the same device and I had gains from it - after the first month already - so make sure the amount of time you’re wearing it is not the only thing you look out for.
Thanks for the quick reply, I do think my EQ might’ve had something to do with it, because I just can’t see how I LOST length while being in an extended state the majority for the time. I really don’t think 1 rest day of PE could help, it’s not like I’m putting much stress on my unit, it’s just a slight pull.
I decided I’m going to add 2 20 minute sets of hanging (with bib hanger/ 15-20lbs) to my daily routine (6 days a week), I’m shooting for length here so it can only help.
Also.. I’ve read a few threads on this topic, some people say you must including alot of jelqing when using the extender to see length results.. But isn’t jelqing for girth? Extender for length? What if I added a bathmate into my routine, instead of hanging?
