Penimaster Pro Rod Extender - Pain in Corona Glans ?

Hey guys,

I’ve been using the Penimaster Pro for a few weeks now and it’s causing me some pain in the corona of the glans, specifically the right side after use. And after I take my penis out of the extender, I notice that there’s like a ring around the corona and the area above (corona to the tip of glans) is swollen with edema and the corona (under the ring) is a bit purple. I would guess that the extender is cutting my glans off right at the corona, but I can definitely feel the entirety of the glans being sucked tightly into the vacuum head. So, I’m not really sure what’s happening or how to fix it and I wanted to ask if any of y’all extender veterans ever experienced this. I’d appreciate any help guys

How many hours/day and how many sessions do you wear it? How many days/week?

It used to be 4 hours a day but I recently maxed out the tension and now I can only do 2 hours a day. I aim for 5x/week

How many hours per session, or how often do you take it off for a break/massage?

I wear it for 30 minutes at a time and take a 10 minute break between sessions. I don’t think it’s a problem with overuse, I think it’s a problem with the extender itself?
