I am curious how slider extender works.

In standard extender we extend the length to get tension, how do we do that here by compressing springs?

Saw the Totalman video, so we compress using bottom nuts for tension then unscrew upper nuts to let the spring expand giving more length.

How is the quality compared to LG? Totalman claims 17lbs tension with this.

The LG accessory (extender) only works with LG products (Chamber Dome), and Total Man extender works for both extender methods “vacuum dome, cylinder, cap + compress method”. In other words, Total Man extender is compatible with vacuum cap such as LG chamber, vachanger3 cylinder, aliexpress dot com vacuum cap plus compress hanger such as total man compression hanger, malehanger, bib hanger and etc..

The only reason I purchased the Total Man extender was because there is no way to attached a compress hanger into the LG accessory “extender”. My goal is when I am done with my compress extender routine is to switch to LG extender.

Also, both extender have similar quality material, so it is hard to pick which one is the best. :-)

FYI - I tested his springs. They do not generated 17 lbs of traction…
My test gauge rated them at just a little over 6.2 lbs.
Quality is questionable. The pelvic ring design looks much smaller in diameter, and the bolts that connect rods to ring extend into the internal diameter. Which can cut or scratch penis skin if it’s not protected. Our pelvic ring has blind holes and the attachment screws do not protrude into the internal diameter of the pelvic ring.
Our device isn’t made in China either. Be aware that injection molded plastic from China can contain contaminates! We use solid round Lexan acrylic manufactured domestically in the United States. Maybe these things aren’t perceptible when you look at a device and visually compare… so I just wanted to point them out.

I will be making the modification to our LG Hanger Extender that will allow you to transition from hanging to extending without disassembling the attachment hook from the chamber. It’s actually a very easy fix, I’ll just put an open ended hook on the Extender attachment bar.
