Look, my gains have been from nothing more than hanging 60 min. a day and using my PM.. When it comes down to it, I would say my routine works real well for me, considering the time I put in. I dont think you could expect much better, even if you focus on PE, all day!
I think the hanging combined with the PM is the most effective method, or some kind of ADS. I am gonna work on using the PM fixture for holding my penis and use theraband to give the stretch. I am tired of the burning effect the base of the PM causes on my balls, after an hr. or so.
P.S. I am trying for a full inch in 90 days. Maybe it will happen, maybe not, but I am still trying. I can squeeze out 7.250, pretty regular. I`m not bragging, I`m just trying to inspire. Hearing things like this, keep me inspired.
