Penimaster Strap Important Question

Hey y’all!

I got myself the Penimaster Pro Belt Extender System and I’m excited to use it.
However, when I put on the belt, there’s no indicator on how strong the tension is. (other than how I feel, of course)

Should the tension feel strong and after 3 hours taking it off should feel relief? Or is it more subtle and light?
Would love to get some insights from someone who used it successfully.
