Penis Extender: Do you remove the silicone sleeve after use?

Hi guys, I’m trying to figure out how to get the most use out of the sleeves that go over the cap on this penis extender. I’ve torn a few sleeves over the past few weeks.

I noticed someone said store them in baby powder, but I’m wondering do you remove the sleeve from the cap after use or leave it on? Any other tips to increase their longevity? The totalman ones seem a bit pricey.

I’ve only used the cheap generic Chinese sleeves from eBay. I leave them on the bell. I haven’t had any trouble with tearing. After a month or two they will stretch in diameter enough that I don’t get a good seal to my shaft any more, so I replace them.

Darn, mine have been tearing right on the edge of the bell. I’ll try finding some on Ebay. Thanks!
