Penis Silicone Sleeve Question-Penis head not fitting correctly, slipping, too short

Hello all, been using my bathmate, doing some condom pumping, good results, wanted to go a little bit more so I got a silicone sleeve.
Just trying out the silicone sleeve right now but I am having a problem

First, it is hard to get on unless I use lube, does everyone here use lube to get it on? The problem with lube is that it will go on but then it won’t stay where I want it, it will keep slipping off the end, any ideas how to keep it in place?

Second, the top part doesn’t fit right to my penis head. It fits under the glans but part of the glans is under the sleeve on the front and then there’s skin sticking out on the back due to the curve of my penis head, it’s not a straight line. Should I try trimming the sleeve or do you think that would ruin it?

Third, it’s too short on the base, it doesn’t go all the way down to the base and I think that’s part of the reason it keeps slipping around so much, I got the absilicone pumping sleeve, do they have any other ones longer anywhere?

Fourth, it adds to my girth so now the bathmate hercules is too small, it is pushing on all the sides and sometimes hitting the tip, I think it’s time to get the hydromax x40 but I have no money =/ guess PE will have to be put on hold for a while

I think it would be better if the sleeve was just like a full condom and slightly longer, then I could pump to the max and not have any skin expanding out.

Yeah you will get problems with the premade unisize ones.
You can create your own with some DIY:
Silicone Sleeves - Make your own (p. 28)

I basically roll them up as if they are a cockring and then stretch them and roll them down right behind the head. I make sure I can double layer them behind the head folding the sleeve back. I make sure then skin is stretched back to the base.
Of course need to be long enough.
I use 25cm sleeves for a 21 cm BPFSL.

I do not use lube. It can be difficult at fist to fit a sleeve. My technique with a ABSilicone sleeve is first to roll it up from the back before fitting it. Then use two fingers to fit it over your head and finally unroll towards the base. If it is cut to the right length it should unroll right to the base. If it is a bit off I try to slide it back till it ends at the base.

The sleeve needs to be pulled back so the front end is behind your Corona. Don’t worry about the exposed bit underneath near your frenulum.

It needs to go back to the base and the lube is probably making the slipping worse.

I use LG Hanger sleeve the 8” I cut it into 3. You have to roll it up. Then roll the LG Hanger sleeve on head and shaft. It is the best I have ever use this far strong and durable. I use LG for a vacuum cup during hanging, I also have 2 homemade All Day Stretchers.

The LG works great with all my devices. And be sure to make straight cuts. Quality product soap and water air dry and the thing holds for my 6 hour sessions.
