Silicone Sleeves - Make your own

Could possibly work but my experience was that it needs some runs to get it right personally.

An extra sleeve with weight over the already applied sleeve might work. The first sleeve rolled on has grip and increases the size to get something bigger onto it.

As said still takes time to get it fitting or it could be useless and cumbersome. I was growing and needed new sleeves cause the old were just a little bit too thick at some point. :D

Any way to get that kit flown all the way to my country?

Anyone know how to buy or make a stretchable silicone cover for the base of an extender?

I know Monkeybar makes the silicone base pads, but they are limited in that they only cushion against contact with the pubic bone. What I’m looking for is something that will stay in the contact area between the base and the scrotum/bottom of penis shaft (when wearing extender in downward position).

Any help would be appreciated.

Is this also good as silicone sheeting to reduce scars? Does anyone who use this as ADS notice improvement from dry skin? I know my penis skin and actually all my skin is pretty dry lately, I know its the cold weather and soaps.

You guy can use that dr schols moleskin or whatever its called I hear its pretty comfy

I don’t think that a single silicone design could serve such a purpose. If you wear an extender in the downward position, there will be a lot of friction between the bottom of your penis shaft and the scrotum as you walk. That would shred silicone in very short time, even if you designed it perfectly.

I’d suggest a combination of two things: a pad like Monkeybar’s silicone base pad, and a wrap for the shaft of your penis. One thing that might work would be the ankle piece of an old sock. If you cut off the top of an old sock and slip it over your penis, it should provide the cushion you desire for your shaft, allowing the silicone base pad to do the rest of the work.

I use a silicone sleeve I made myself as part of an ADS I use from time to time. I don’t think that it does anything for dry skin. The best thing for that is probably a good moisturizer.

If your dry skin is really severe, you might look for something used to treat eczema (like eucerin) or consult a dermatologist.

Ok thanks but I think my rash is doing better now after I’ve been applying a “100% aloe” cream from gnc. I was worried the raised texture was trying to scarify on me but it seems to be a basic rash I get from endocrine disruptive soap (was using zest but now I’m using those naturalist bars) and is going away peacefully.

What’s the best moisturizer for regular use? I was reading on some guy that swore by the gun oil lube with aloe (penomet brand) that it not only kept skin supple but actually helped internal tissues heal from PE quicker. I didn’t believe the latter right away but I wouldn’t be surprised as most natural medicine which is suppresed , like red yeast rice, is pretty amazing.

I know pharma needs their cut too for the pill form and they also wanna cut those pills with h1n1 or whatever Alex Jones said .lol tangy tangerine, I think the president likes it

Everyone has their own favorite moisturizer. You just need to keep trying different ones to find one that is economical and works for you.

Maybe ill go witch doctor and use aloe plants I have here at the house.

Anyone know where I order a cheap standard silicone sleeve from in the UK? I have looked online but not sure of exactly what i’m looking for if it isn’t already specifically made for PE and when finding the sleeves already made for PE they all seem to be sold from other countries with high prices.

I didn’t see anything on the amazon uk site. Monkeybar (autoextender.com) sells them, but (as you point out) they are expensive, and overseas shipping is really pricey. You can make your own following TPS’s tips, but the silicone compound is expensive.

This problem has been discussed for years on Thunder’s, and I don’t know of any good answers.

Thanks Ernie Banks. Yes is does seem rather odd that it is so difficult to find silicone sleeves to buy in the UK. I’ve searched ebay and there’s nothing suitable unless you order from abroad.

Can you hang with these or just for manual stretching? How much weight could you go?

The ones tps designed are closed at one end and are suitable for either very light weight hanging or as an ADS device. The ones I made are tubes, open at both ends. I slip one end of the tube over an end cap, roll the tube up, place the cap over the end of my penis, and then unroll the tube over my penis. Monkeybar describes how to do it on his website, autoextender.com. I use an end cap and sealing ring from monkebar. But I think you could make an end cap out of a pvc pipe fitting if you tried.

With additional protection for the skin on my glans, I hang 15 lbs or a bit more with no problem.
