Do you think wearing an extender in addition to manual stretching is giving you an edge ?

I used my extender regularly for five years, but only about 3.5 hours a day. I used it only a few days a week for maintenance over next five years as I dealt with my ED. However, two months ago I started using a DIY all day extender (vac cap and bungee cord) six days a week for 5 to 7 hours a day.
